Started as a subsidiary to a UK-based BPO organization, KServe is one of the leading BPO outsourcing companies in India that has grown from strength to strength with every passing year.

In 2008, Ms. Jhankhana Desai who headed KServe’s India operations initiated a Management Buyout from the UK-based parent company and established KServe as an independent bpo outsourcing company. Igniting a new phase of growth that witnessed a clear shift from being a mere BPO Service Provider to a holistic Solutions Provider, KServe ramped up its team size and brought in a talent pool of Subject Matter Experts from various industries.

The team’s passion to consistently overachieve their client deliverables ensured more client retention.

Incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary of a UK-based Company.

Started operations with 3 Employees and 10 Associates, for UK’s largest Market Research Firm, from a non-descript 5000 sq. ft. office in Borivali, Mumbai.

2008

Started Servicing E-commerce clients in 9 regional languages.

Ramped up Associates team to 250+ people and set up a Delivery Centre at Millennium Business Park, Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Acquired diverse Industry Leaders as Clients.

Started operations for India, Middle East and South East Asia.

2013

Twofold increase in the FTEs count and consolidated Operations in a 10,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Delivery Center at Ashar IT Park, Thane
